Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Any returned products must be in new, unused, condition within 14 days of purchase. Purchases made on www.hairnowshop.com can be easily shipped and returned — customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.

 

Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction.

 

Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.

 

It may take 3 to 10 business days from the date the package is received to be inspected.

 

If returned items are not in the same condition as they were when sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge.

 

Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item(s).

  

Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim. All of these claims can range from 1 to 8 business days to be resolved after claim is submitted.

 

 

Ineligible Items for return

 

- Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items.

 

- ALL Fashion Jewelries and Cosmetics are Final Sale.

 

- Any product that is opened (broken seal), used, tried on, altered, and damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
